My UNISA Login And Registration
To be able to register or claim the login for the portal, you must be a student at the University of South Africa. Whether new or old student, it doesn’t matter. What matters is you are a student with a valid Student ID Number.
- To claim your “My UNISA” login, simply go to https://www.unisa.ac.za/sites/myunisa/default
- On this page, you will see the login options at the top right corner if you are visiting from the computer. Simply click on “Claim UNISA Login“.
- On the next page, enter your Student ID Number and hit “Continue“.
- On the next page, fill the form with your correct details including surname, date of birth, Passport or ID Number, etc and hit the “Continue” button.
- Now read and check all the checkboxes, then click on the “Acknowledge” button.
- On the next page, you should see your Student ID Number and your unique password. Also, note that this password is case sensitive so do not change lower cases to uppercases or versa.

- Enter your Student ID Number and the password you created.
- Hit the login button and you should successfully log in.
